Dots and Lines is the brainchild of three friends: Greyson Red, Mr. Sniffles, and Me_Kon_EL. We built this platform to be a single, reliable place to talk comics, anime, and manga, so the info stays clear whether you are brand new or you have been in it for years.

In classic comic printing, the dots matter. The Ben Day process uses tight patterns of ink dots, and sometimes other shapes, to create shading and color in an affordable, iconic way. Those textures are part of what makes comics feel like comics.

And the lines matter too. Manga is powered by linework, clean contours, speed lines, impact strokes, and panel composition that guide your eye, control pacing, and make motion and emotion hit.

That is where Dots and Lines comes from, a love letter to the building blocks of the medium. We are here for the hardcore fans and the weekend warriors, for the first time readers and the longtime collectors.
